Make sure the power is on and be connected comrrectly.
Make sure the using TV system is right.
Make sure all the inputs are connected correctly.
The channel selection is not done properly.
Resetting the channeles.
The Volume is turned off.

The anntenna is not connected properly.

The brightness and the contrast ration are not adjusted properly.

The TV may be receiving the electronics or electro magnitic interference from other equipments.

The color is not adjusted properly.
The signals is too weak.

Make sure the battery of the remote controller is workable.
